Mary 'Anne'ROONEYROONEY Mary 'Anne' Passed away peacefully at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Llantrisant, on 27th August 2025, aged 85.

Beloved wife of Terry, much loved mum of Simon and Timothy, dear mother-in-law to Lena, and cherished granny of Maya. Anne will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Resting at W.A. Brown Funeralcare Home, Anne will be received into Our Lady & St Illtyd Church, Ham Lane East, Llantwit Major on Wednesday 1st October at 2pm. The funeral will then take place on Thursday 2nd October at 11.30am, followed by a burial at Llantwit Major Cemetery.

We will be returning to Our Lady & St Illtyd Church Hall after the committal service, to gather for refreshments.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired in memory of Anne, may be made for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) via a donation box available on the day, or the following link: www.justgiving.com/annerooney
